Meet Our Team

 Stephanie graduated from Grand Canyon University earning her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Professional Development and Advanced Patient Care. Previously the Social Services Director and Admissions Coordinator for the Lingenfelter Center, she continues to grow within the company and currently holds the position of Administrator. Stephanie strives to cultivate a family-oriented working environment that fosters professional growth from within the company which in turn cultivates continuity of care, resulting in quality, dignified care for the residents. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family, trail riding and traveling. 

Ashley began with us in 2007 when she successfully took our CNA training class at The Lingenfelter Center and worked as a CNA for 8.5 years.  Ashley took advantage of our scholarship program to attend nursing school. During school she worked as a Medication Assistant as well as  Resident Care Coordinator and an LPN. Ashley became a Registered Nurse in July of 2018. She got into this field because of an innate need to help people and a love of the elderly population. In her spare time Ashley likes to read, camp, and be out on the ranch with the animals. She has three daughters and a husband who also share a love of the outdoors. 

 Josh first joined the Creative Care family in 2013 after graduating from our CNA training class. He worked as a CNA at one of our other facilities until 2015, when he left to continue his education, obtain his RN and gain more nursing experience. In 2022, Josh returned to us, and by 2025 he stepped into the role of Assistant Director of Nursing. Altogether, he has built 12 years of experience in the nursing field.

What Josh enjoys most about his work is spending time with residents and listening to their stories. Outside of work, he loves being with his family. He and his wife, Misty, have been together since 2009 and share two kids and two pets.

Kimberly has been with TLC since December 2023. Prior to joining our team, Kimberly was a travel nurse and completed multiple contracts in our area and fell in love with the residents, the facility and the culture here made it an easy decision to transition from traveler to staff.  Kimberly has been a nurse since 2003 and has held a variety of positions in different health fields . She loves dementia residents and being able to walk with them in their journey giving them dignity which gives her a sense of fulfillment and purpose. Kimberly has four children aging from 25 to 14.

She has been married for 5 years now and they were married by Elvis in Vegas. For fun she enjoys music, playing the piano and singing karaoke, theme parks, swimming and loves to cook, BBQ and bake.

Sarina has been with TLC since 2006. She began with us by our CNA training class to become a CNA. After a year, Sarina decided she wanted to progress her career and took advantage of our scholarship program. She completed her LPN in 2011 and she graduated from MCC in 2012 with her RN. Sarina has held various positions with us before taking on the MDS role. Sarina also received her wound care certification in 2024. Sarina loves coming to work and providing a good quality of life for our residents and making a difference. She loves spending time with her husband, kids and grandchildren. They love being outdoors, camping, boating and UTV's.

 Jesse joined The Lingenfelter Center in July as our Social Services Director. Before stepping into this role, he gained experience across a variety of fields including warehouse work, corrections, and behavioral health social services. His background in behavioral health has been especially valuable in supporting residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

Jesse enjoys connecting with residents and their families, providing support, and helping ensure they receive the best care possible.

Outside of work, Jesse is a proud husband of six years and a dad to two kids. His family also includes a small flock of chickens that keep things interesting. In his free time, he loves playing soccer and spending quality time with his family.

Brandee is the Admissions Coordinator as well as the Medical Records Coordinator at The Lingenfelter Center.  She was born and raised in California before moving to Arizona in 2003 to begin a career in real estate.  She eventually realized that her heart was in helping people and began her medical career as a Patient Care Technician in the emergency room before joining our company at our sister facility, then finally The Lingenfelter Center. Brandee loves to make the admission process as smooth as possible and has a wealth of information that serves well to families. Brandee spends most of her free time watching her children play sports and her family is her pride and joy.

Tiffany joined The Lingenfelter Center in July 2025 as our Business Office Manager, bringing over 13 years of experience in business and clinic management. Her career has spanned roles in medical assisting, leadership, and administration, giving her a well rounded understanding of both the clinical and admin sides of healthcare.

 Tiffany enjoys the opportunity to support residents, families, and staff by ensuring the business office runs smoothly. Outside of work, Tiffany treasures time with her family. With her husband for 24 years and married for 13, they have one son who keeps life lively and fun. Tiffany enjoys boating at the lake, camping, and making memories outdoors with her loved ones.

Amanda began her career with us in 2020 as our activities assistant. When the director position became available, Amanda seized the opportunity, becoming our Life Enrichment Director in 2021.  She was born and raised in Michigan before moving to Kingman Arizona in 2020.  She found her passion is engaging our residents with activities, seeing the joy it brings them and how much they enjoy it. She enjoys bringing a creative touch to life enrichment activities and all of our holiday celebrations. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, children and grandkids. She enjoys spending time with friends, taking vacations, spending time outdoors and reading.  

Peggy joined our team in 2018 as the Director of Nutrition Services in. She brings over 30 years of experience in food services to her role here at The Lingenfelter Center.  Peggy has worked in the kitchen at a variety of skilled nursing facilities throughout the years. In addition to her experience, Peggy also has degrees in dietary services, hospitality management and certifications as a dietary manager and workforce development.  In her time outside of work, Peggy enjoys spending time with her son, taking road trips, playing board games and cards. 

Heather joined The Lingenfelter Center team in July as our Environmental Services Supervisor. She brings with her a wide range of experience, having worked in many different fields, which she now applies to her current role. Heather has spent a combined 13 years in housekeeping and supervisory positions. What she enjoys most about her work is being part of a team-building atmosphere where everyone works together toward a common goal which is providing and clean and safe environment for our residents. 

 Charles “Chuck” has lived in Kingman, AZ since 1989. He began in the maintenance department in 2012 as the Maintenance Director. Chuck brings extensive experience of 25+ years in heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical. His background has given him all the tools necessary to effectively and safely maintain our facility. Chuck takes great pride in keeping his resident’s home in proper and safe working condition. He enjoys his interactions with residents and feel fulfilled knowing he is making a difference. When he isn't working, Chuck enjoys spending time with family, going to the river and doing anything outdoors.
