Stephanie graduated from Grand Canyon University earning her Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Professional Development and Advanced Patient Care. Previously the Social Services Director and Admissions Coordinator for the Lingenfelter Center, she continues to grow within the company and currently holds the position of Administrator. Stephanie strives to cultivate a family-oriented working environment that fosters professional growth from within the company which in turn cultivates continuity of care, resulting in quality, dignified care for the residents. She is married with two children and enjoys spending time with her family, trail riding and traveling.

Ashley began with us in 2007 when she successfully took our CNA training class at The Lingenfelter Center and worked as a CNA for 8.5 years. Ashley took advantage of our scholarship program to attend nursing school. During school she worked as a Medication Assistant as well as Resident Care Coordinator and an LPN. Ashley became a Registered Nurse in July of 2018. She got into this field because of an innate need to help people and a love of the elderly population. In her spare time Ashley likes to read, camp, and be out on the ranch with the animals. She has three daughters and a husband who also share a love of the outdoors.

Geoff began with The Lingenfelter Center in 2008 when he took advantage of our CNA training class. He worked as a CNA for 4 years before deciding to continue his nursing education. In 2015 Geoff received his LPN and became night shift LPN supervisor in 2022 and then becoming the house supervisor in 2023. Geoff enjoys interacting with residents and he enjoys consistently learning from other medical specialties and departments. As direct care staff it can be hard to see the other areas but Geoff understands that every department is necessary to make our facility run smoothly. Geoff has been married 15 years and his wife is also a nurse. Together they have 4 children and enjoy spending time together outdoors, family vacations and being able to experience new things.

Kimberly has been with TLC since December 2023. Prior to joining our team, Kimberly was a travel nurse and completed multiple contracts in our area and fell in love with the residents, the facility and the culture here made it an easy decision to transition from traveler to staff. Kimberly has been a nurse since 2003 and has held a variety of positions in different health fields and can't imagine doing anything different. She loves dementia residents and being able to walk with them as their journey comes to an end and making their lives as comfortable and meaningful as possible which gives her a sense of fulfillment and purpose. Kimberly has four children aging from 25 to 14 and they are her heart walking outside her body.
She has been married for 4 years now and they were married by Elvis in Vegas. For fun she enjoys music, playing the piano and singing karaoke. Kimberly also enjoys theme parks, swimming and loves to cook/bbq/bake things.

As our Resident Care Coordinator, Lola is the supervisor of the Certified Nursing Assistants and has a true passion for delivering the best possible care to all of our residents. Lola took our Certified Nursing Assistant training class at The Lingenfelter Center in 2009 and has held a variety of nursing assistant roles here over the last decade eventually progressing into the RCC role in 2015. Lola loves caring for the residents, providing them stability, having fun with theme days to make residents smile and training all of our CNA's to provide the best care. Outside of work Lola enjoys camping and spending time outdoors with her kids, creating memories.

She was born and raised in California before moving to Arizona in 2003 to begin a career in real estate. She eventually realized that her heart was in helping people and began her medical career as a Patient Care Technician in the emergency room before moving to sister facility at The Gardens. then finally The Lingenfelter Center.
